INVENTION BACKGROUND
The inventor was always a very creative and determined child. The inventor constantly thought of ways to make
playtime more enjoyable. One day, as usual, their parents told them to go find something to play with.
The inventor loved fashion and was always leafing through store catalogs. As the inventor was turning pages, the inventor kept looking at all of the clothes with buttons
and an idea popped into her head. The inventor called out to her sister and a friend and proceeded to tell them of a game the inventor was thinking about called “BUTTONS.” The concept was to turn the magazine pages and to be the first to stake claim to an item of clothing that had buttons on it. The more buttons the item had, the greater the chances of winning. A winning score was set and the player to reach that total first, won a small prize.
BUTTONS occupied the inventor’s play time for hours and their brothers soon joined the fun. The inventor has always thought about that childhood game as an adult and the inventor always envisioned bringing that childhood game to life.
The inventor didn’t know how she would incorporate that game into the present. As the inventor thought about it over the years, she began to formulate a clear plan.
Today, the present invention is an updated version of the game the inventor thought of as a child.
